2022-23 Archibald Rutledge Scholarship Program
The South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) announces the Archibald Rutledge Scholarship Program for 2022-23. This program offers twelfth-grade students the opportunity to compete for scholarships in creative writing, dance, music, theatre, or visual arts.
