MCHS Parents/Guardians:
Greetings from MCHS! We are having another great year at MCHS. As we close out the first semester and transition to the second semester of the 2021-2022 school year, we would like to provide parents and students with important updates and reminders.
As we get ready to return next week, please be reminded that the COVID-19 reporting links can be found at https://bit.ly/NCSDLinks. If you have tested positive, been identified as a close contact or household contact, or have any COVID-19 symptoms, please complete the link to inform your school nurse.
Semester 2 student schedules were distributed to students prior to the start of the school year and again on December 13th. Schedules can also be accessed in parent portal. Semester 2 classes will begin on January 4th when students return from Winter Break. On January 4th students will report directly to their Semester 2 first block class.
Semester 2 first block rosters will be posted in multiple locations around our school and MC staff members will be present to direct students to their correct location on Tuesday, January 4th. Doors will open for students to enter the building at 7:35 AM, and school will officially begin at 7:55 AM. The school day will officially end at 3:15 PM.
If you have questions about schedules, please contact your student’s guidance counselor at (803) 364-2134 or by email. If your student’s last name begins with the letters A-F, their counselor will be Ms. Sarah Wicker. Ms. Gwen McAllister will serve students with last names beginning with G-M. Mr. Durant will serve students with last names beginning with N-Z.
