All third-year (or eleventh grade) students will have the opportunity to take the ACT or SAT at no cost to you during the Spring. The ACT will be administered on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, and the SAT will be administered on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 during the school day. Your student has been emailed the ACT/SAT - College Entrance Assessments Selection form. All forms are due by Friday, October 29, 2021. Please have your child check their email at your earliest convenience.
Please be aware if any student fails to complete the College Entrance Assessments form, then the student will automatically be signed up for the ACT on Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
If you have a child with an IEP or 504 and would like for them to take the ACT or SAT with accommodations, please contact Mrs. Lyles at tglyles@newberry.k12.sc.us.
Also, if your child has issues accessing the form, please feel free to email Mrs. Lyles with the parent's name, the student's name, and your choice of either the ACT/SAT.
