Volleyball Summer Workout Schedule

Volleyball conditioning and skills training will begin on July 12 and run through August 6, 2021: 

WEEK 1                JULY 12-16             7:30AM-9:30AM             everyday
WEEK 2                JULY 19-23             7:30AM-9:30AM             everyday
WEEK 3                AUGUST 2-6           7:30AM-9:30AM             everyday
TRY-OUTS            AUG 9, 10, 11th     3:30 - 5:30PM                 ALL 3 DAYS
Practice as teams AUGUST 12, 13th

WHO is eligible?  Rising 9-12th graders of MCHS
Must follow COVID restrictions and precautions while on campus. Bring a water bottle or drink, a snack, and wear school dress code appropriate clothing to practice (no short shorts or thin tank tops). Make sure you eat before you come to practice!! Be on time, be prepared and with a good attitude!
