Saturday, March 27, MC Track & Field traveled to Aiken HS to compete in the Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic. MC competed against elite athletes from Aiken HS, Chapin HS, Dutch Fork HS, Greenwood HS, Lexington HS, McCormack HS, River Bluff HS, Silver Bluff HS, South Aiken Christian, and White Knoll HS. Congratulations!
to the many MC athletes who broke their own personal records with outstanding performances both on the track and in the field events. MC was well represented by the Track & Field team. A special shout out to the following athletes who earned fourth place or better: Carissa Wicker: 1st place - 400M Hurdles (1:10.81) 2nd place - 100M Hurdles (15.94) 4th place - Girls High Jump (4-10) Matthew Wright: 4th place - 400M Hurdles (1:01.95) Jackson Livingston: 2nd place - Javelin (128-09.50) Cameron Lybrand: 4th place - Discus (122-11)
