Mid-Carolina Varsity Wrestling defeated Whitmire 56-9 on Thursday and lost a close tough battle to 6th ranked Dixie. The team wrestled well.
Outstanding wrestlers from the matches were Justin Augilar and Ryker Woolstenhulme, Blake Tomlinson did well in his first varsity match.
