Change of Schedule Request Form
Requests for schedule changes will only be accommodated if the change is necessary to meet a graduation requirement. To request a schedule change, please complete the change of request form. Once the form is complete, the student's assigned guidance counselor will review their request and once it is processed, they will send a response to the student’s school email account. Requests for schedule changes will only be allowed until January 21. After January 21, no other requests will be accepted.
