MCHS 2020 VIRTUAL SENIOR NIGHT
Due to the unfortunate circumstances that we are all dealing with and all of the changes and cancellations that have already occurred we didn’t want yet another special event for our seniors to be completely cancelled. In lieu of an in-person Senior Night we have prepared a Virtual Senior Awards Night Presentation to celebrate the awards and accomplishments of our seniors. The presentation will be posted to our website and our Facebook page today, Thursday, May 21. Congratulations to all of our Seniors. We miss you and look forward to seeing you all at Graduation Practice. We apologize in advance for any mistakes, omissions, and/or errors that you may find in our presentation. It has been a challenge to acquire all of the information that we normally present at our Senior Night Program.

Announcements of Important Deadlines and Upcoming Events
- MCHS Graduation Practice will be held on Wednesday, June 3. All seniors need to be at Lon Armstrong Stadium by 8:30 AM. Individual pictures will be taken of each graduate with the hope of being able to use those individual photos to create a senior class composite picture. We would like to include all of our graduates so please arrive a few minutes early. Be sure to bring your Cap & Gown for this photo.
- MCHS Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 4 at 9:00 AM. The graduation ceremony will be an in-person social distancing ceremony held outside, and will take place in Lon Armstrong Stadium with a limit of two tickets per graduate. All graduates and ticket holders will be socially distanced in the stadium. Graduation will be video-taped and a commemorative copy will be presented to each graduate. The rain out make-up date will be June 5 at 9:00 AM.
- The senior fee deadline has been extended to Thursday, May 28. If you have questions concerning fees please call Mrs. Jennifer Long at (803) 364-2134 ext. 80208.
- Please don’t forget to turn in all uniforms and textbooks.
- We are working on a revised Senior Newsletter with more details concerning graduation that should be released as early as the beginning of next week.
